Staircases and stairs are required as a means of access to and from mezzanine floors, external fire escapes, internal and external stairs for office, industrial or domestic use. We also supply and install internal and external office and industrial staircases as well as external fire escapes.

Custom stairs and staircases
Custom stairs and staircases For that something special we have the ability to provide a variety of stairs and staircases to all specifications including components such as stainless steel, glass panels, wooden handrails etc. All our staircases conform to the current building regulations approved document part K and part M for ambulant stairs.

Staircase: Ambulant
As of October 2004, new legislation was introduced, which governed certain criteria for staircases. Considerations now have to be given to existing and potential employees being physically impaired, so they can move freely around the workplace in safety. Allen Commercial Interiors Ltd can provide a variety of stairs and staircases that satisfy these new requirements.

Staircase: Industrial
All steel construction stairs with durbar treads for access to mezzanine floors, plant offices, racking, shelving systems and more.

Staircase frame features steel channel stringers and tubular steel hand rails that provide strength, rigidity and safety. Mezzanine stairs include wide galvanized stair treads. Staircases are Building Regulation and British Safety standards compliant.

Staircase: Fire escape
All steel construction and galvanised stairs for protection against the elements. Our technical and design team are on hand to advise on all aspects of the Building Regulation and British Safety standards relating to Fire Escapes. Bespoke landing stages and balcony areas can be commissioned so the fire escape is situated away from a building allowing walkways underneath and our team can assist with creating designs to match your individual requirements.
