Partitioning: Freshen up your office or add new office spaces
The full range of solid, part or fully glazed partitioning systems in aluminium framed demountable, metal stud or metal skinned. The choice is usually determined by practical considerations such as location, fire rating or sound reduction qualities but different systems can often be integrated together to achieve an overall conformity in appearance. There is a wide range of finishes to choose from. Single or insulated double skinned metal partitions are normally used in more industrial type settings and these can be supplied in a limited number of colours with matching or contrasting trims, skirtings etc.

Suspended ceilings
A great way to enhance your office environment or any general working area and will be designed to suit your specific requirements. A wide range of ceilings systems and tile finishes are available depending on your budget and design requirements. The most popular and versatile is an exposed grid system with fissured or plain tiles. Ceilings may be fire rated to 30 or 60 minutes.

Demountable walls
This range of aluminium partitioning is designed to be easily relocated should your office layout need altering in the future. This is achieved by interchanging aluminium profiles and honeycomb core plasterboard panels to form part or fully glazed and solid wall modules. It is slightly cheaper than the stud system and provides an average sound attenuation of 27.7dB in solid panels.

Metal stud walls
Stud partitions are a more substantial system, constructed from galvanised steel frame, clad on either side with 12.5mm plasterboard. Depending on the wall thickness this system can achieve fire resistance up to 120 minutes and an average sound attenuation of 53.6dB. Stud partitions can be flush plastered (no cover trims) to look like a solid wall, however, they are not designed to be relocated.

Steel mesh partitions
Provide a secure area within your warehouse environment or just segregate off an area with metal steel mesh enclosure. Steel mesh partitions are and economic and robust angle frame system. With easy installation, they are relocatable and flexible and are suitable for harsh industrial environments using both a specialised mesh and security mesh.

Surface finishes
The framing sections can be supplied in any B.S or RAL colour and there is a huge range of full width commercial quality vinyl and fabric faced wall coverings to choose from.


The partitions can also include double glazed modules with the extra option of adjustable integral horizontal or vertical blinds.


We can also supply laminate faced W.C cubicles in a variety of colours complete with all the fixtures and fittings that would be required.

Doors
Doors can be hollow or solid core and either can be painted or supplied with various hardwood veneers. They may also include various styles of vision panels as well as standard and architectural ironmongery.

Fire protection
Suspended ceilings provide a quick and easy method to fire protect the elements of a mezzanine floor. A metal grid is suspended from the underside of a mezzanine floor, using steel wire, and a radar ceiling tile laid into the grid. This system provides 1 hours fire protection to the mezzanine floor components , together with column casings to protect the steel legs.

Lighting
Recessed lighting units have been specifically designed to be incorporated within the ceiling grid system design and will enhance any office environment. Surface mounted fluorescent light units can also be mounted to the ceiling grid very easily and are a less expensive option.
