Allen Commercial Interiors is a family run business specialising in the design, manufacturing and installation of structural steel platforms, office refurbishment, staircases and associated activities. Utilising an excellent cross section of experienced staff and the latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) software, we cover all aspects of re-organising and remodelling existing commercial office, warehouse and industrial work places.

British Standards
Building Regulation approval is required for all mezzanines in the United Kingdom. Any structure designed and built by Allen Commercial Interiors are designed to comply with the relevant current British Standards and in accordance with the Fire Precautions Act.

Each project is specifically designed to suit your needs. We manage the project from design stage, through the manufacturing to complete installation.

Over the years we have established good relationships with building control departments of local authorities affording us vast experience dealing with planning applications and gaining full local authority approval.

We manage installation projects that incorporate other services including Lighting, Power, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Floor Coverings. We work closely with other trade professionals to ensure that the overall installation is of the highest quality.

You have a legal obligation to ensure that every contractor working on your refurbishment, or fitting out your premises, operates in a safe manner and complies with current health and safety regulations.

Allen Commercial Interiors has always practised Health and Safety beyond current regulations. We are always conscious of the need to risk assess all implications of our work and all possible repercussions. Compromising your project, the safety of our staff, the general public or damage to property and has never been an option for us.

It is our policy to be an industry leader of staff training and equipment safety. We are therefore committed to provide superior staff training to enable our staff to reach the highest levels of competency and capability of carrying out their responsibilities over and above the safety standards established by the government.
